Charlie Joe Chai

Charlie Joe has been perfecting his chai tea recipe for 20 years and now it’s bloomed into a successful business. He recently redesigned the gallon tea packaging and hired me to make a few website updates to reflect the change. In a short amount of time, I was able to create assets to affect crucial changes on the company’s website while respecting tight budget constraints.

I was able to use one of the beautiful photos of the chai tea varieties to create a simple but impacting video hero for the website. It’s short and contains the main message of Charlie Joe Chai while drawing the viewer into the mouth-watering drink imagery.

Product Look Refresh

It’s not enough to revitalize your packaging. It needs to look amazing on your e-commerce website. This is what I was able to do for Charlie Joe Chai. I paired the new packaging with the core authentic ingredients that make up this delicious chai tea while emphasizing the distinct flavors of the vanilla honey and spiced versions. I also created temporary graphics to update the customer about the packaging change and how that might affect their order. Lastly, I updated all the graphics for the subscription products. Charlie Joe and his team were extremely ecstatic about the results.
